Different companies undergo similar growth stages and challenges. Levante capital is led by two seasoned serial entrepreneurs combining over 50 years of experience in building IT & software companies. This experience is shared with the founders we work with.
Building companies is about people. Whether it is about clients, suppliers or most importantly employees. We actively make our network available to the companies we invest in.
We make ourselves available to the team we invest in providing guidance and advice and sharing knowledge as required. We don’t posess all knowledge, but in most cases we can establish a connection with a subject matter expert.
What’s there to say about it, when properly used capital can fuel growth and we seek for opportunities where capital, great business plans and excellent teams create synergies.
Levante literally
means east, from where the sun rises. But it is also the name of an (eastern)
wind to propel a sailing boat or to generate energy from the wind. Many acronyms that apply to
growth companies.
Levante is a small boutique investment firm led by two
passionate sailors and serial entrepreneurs with an aim to help exceptional
founders with ambitious goals reach their full potential. We are a small team
fully autonomous in decision making and not bound by an investment committee or
other mandates. We have an entrepreneurial mindset and we can make quick decisions.
Since we are not bound by a mandate, we are open to a broad range of investment opportunities. We do have a preference for early stage tech startups with a good product, some market traction, a great team and a sizeable market. We can do tickets up to 2M autonomously and for bigger tickets we can partner with co-investors. Aside from equity deals we can also provide (convertible) loans and other debt instruments.
