After graduating at the Institute for Information Engineering in 2000, Joris Kroese founded and led three companies, active in e-commerce, IT Services and B2B SAAS respectively. His latest company was established in 2011 and grew to 150 FTE before it was sold to a US based strategic buyer in 2021.

During his 20-year stint as an entrepreneur, Joris experienced all the aspects of running a business in different phases and he understands the common denominators to unlock growth and how to build a scalable business. Joris is a strong strategic thinker which enables him to articulate a clear vision and path forward, which brings guidance and purpose within a company. He also has a sixth sense for business opportunities which are always in the back of his mind. Joris loves to partner with ambitious founders working on innovative ideas and goals.

Besides work, Joris is father of a boy and frequent traveler to Spain. Joris loves nature, traveling and various sports (Padel, Golf & Cycling).
